An infusion that does you good

Preparation
In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
Add the apple wedges, turmeric, ginger, and rosemary.
Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 10 to 12 minutes. Add a pinch of black pepper just before turning off the heat to boost turmeric absorption.
Let it steep for 5 minutes off the heat, then strain.
Serve piping hot, with a spoonful of honey if desired.
Wellness Tips
For a detoxifying and anti-bloating effect, drink this infusion after meals.
For chronic pain, you can consume it once or twice a day for two weeks.
The cold version is also delicious: let it steep, strain, and refrigerate with a few ice cubes.

A wellness ritual to adopt
Drinking this hot infusion, ideally after meals or at the end of the day, quickly becomes a holistic treatment: it relieves tension, supports joints, soothes the intestines… and allows you to enjoy some time alone. For a stronger effect, you can add a pinch of black pepper and a spoonful of honey if your throat is sensitive.
