⅓ cup sugar-free maple syrup or honey (use in moderation)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
Optional Add-Ins:
½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (adds healthy fats)
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries (adds natural sweetness)
For a Simple Glaze (Optional):
¼ cup powdered erythritol (or powdered monk fruit sweetener)
1-2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
